Who would have thought that hair extensions could cost as much as a car? Miley Cyrus definitely had one of the best hair pieces ever as hers cost merely $24,000. That is some crazy money for her extensions. She has since been spotted without her 'hair' in Walmart where she was buying bathing suits. She looks decent for the firs time since her rise to fame and it is also nice to see that celebrities still stop at local stores such as Walmart no matter how wealthy they are.
