Lindsay Lohan going to jail!

We all knew this day was going to come. Lindsay Lohan has been slammed with 90 days in jail. She has until July 20th to turn herself in. Not only will she be going to county jail, she will also "go to inpatient treatment for 90 days immediately after her sentence is up". To add to all of this, she must have her SCRAM bracelet on during the entire time before she surrenders to the court date. The reason why she has been sentenced to this by Judge Marsha Revel is because Lindsay had been violating her probation that was first implemented because of her DUI arrests in 2007! She had missed 7 of the 27 alcohol education classes and that apparently broke the camel's back.
Lindsay's attorney tried to reason with the judge but it seems like the judge had enough of her excuses and finally did the deed. Maybe Lindsay should not have been partying all the time, being photographed in the early hours when she knows she is still on probation! She tells the judge that she has been in compliance and tried to work around her busy schedule to make up for the classes. However she decided to disobey the judge's direct order to attend them weekly, and not miss any of these and then give excuses for her actions.
It seems that she wanted the judge to give her another chance but we all know that she has been given enough chanced and now she would have to pay up. She also said that she did not expect to have special treatment but she has been because if it were to be a normal citizen, they would have had the sentence way before!

Her choice of nail polish was also not the best option to show up to court. But it was her who got served. Nice colour...
but upon closer look.
