A Dreamgirl Gets Engaged!

Jennifer Hudson is engaged to her boyfriend David Otunga. A representative for the "Dreamgirls" star confirmed David, who has been dating Jennifer for less than a year, proposed on the star's 27th birthday on September 12. The spokesperson said: "I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her boyfriend David on Friday night in Los Angeles."
David - who is most well known by his nickname Punk, which he was given after appearing on hit U.S. reality TV show "I Love New York 2" - popped the question with a diamond ring from exclusive jewelers Neil Lane. Jennifer - who will release her debut album "Jennifer Hudson" later this year - recently revealed she is desperate to win a Grammy award after winning an Oscar for her role in "Dreamgirls." She said: "I used to watch the Grammys and dream of winning one. I think that will be next on my list."
