Did the View Threaten a Lawsuit on Rosie?

Anyone remember the good old days with Rosie's original show. The "Tommy can you hear me" days of koosh throwing and the proclaimed title of "Queen of Nice"? I kind of miss those day. Ok, I really miss those days.
I am probably one of the few people out there who have stuck by her with all the crazy things that have come out over the years. At the same time I think that Rosie tends to seek out a little bit of the drama that has been surrounding her life. Of course much of this drama all started on The View.
The story supposedly is that Rosie told the producers of The View that she needed to move on so that she could spend some time with her kids. Noble cause of course. Her story is that the view threatened a lawsuit of Rosie left the show before her contract was up. Also understandable considering that Rosie shot the show from almost dead to back in the top of the ratings. ABC denies it and I would bet that neither is completely telling the truth of what happened.
The lawsuit aside...did anyone check out the rest of her appearance on the Howard Stern Show? What's with her getting on the conspiracy wagon? For those of you that missed it she is jumping on the idea that someone planted explosives in the World Trade Center and then detonated them to cause the buildings to collapse...Come on Rosie. I'm starting to think that we need to build a huge building, put all the people who think that the U.S. was behind the Trade Center attacks by planting explosives into the building into the plane, and fly them into the building just to prove that a plane going full speed at a building can cause the building to tumble. Anyone else behind me on that one?
